Carrington Electrical Services Pty Ltd was the electrical contractor on Ebsworth, built by Mirvac Construction.

Ebsworth is a 10 levelled building providing 183 Apartments and 2 retail spaces. 

Located in Green Square, in the inner east of Sydney, one of the fastest-growing areas in Sydney. Ebsworth is situated in the heart of the Green Square town centre amongst newly developed community facilities such as a library and plaza.

Green Square town centre is the first new town centre to be built for the City of Sydney in 100 years, providing residential, commercial and a cultural heart to the community, with development continuing for the next 10 years. Additional facilities to be completed in the near future include an aquatic and recreation centre, parks, playgrounds, childcare centre and a creative hub.
