MIRVAC CONSTRUCTION

Carrington Electrical Services Pty Ltd was the electrical contractor on OVO, built by Mirvac Construction.

OVO has a 28 levelled tower with a smaller building alongside providing 310 apartments and 6 retail spaces. 

Located in Green Square, in the inner east of Sydney, one of the fastest-growing areas in Sydney. OVO is situated in the heart of the Green Square town centre amongst newly developed community facilities such as a library and plaza.

Green Square town centre is the first new town centre to be built for the City of Sydney in 100 years, providing residential, commercial and a cultural heart to the community, with development continuing for the next 10 years. Additional facilities to be completed in the near future include an aquatic and recreation centre, parks, playgrounds, childcare centre and a creative hub.
